RETURNS:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a product exchange, refund or store credit.
To be eligible for a refund within the 30-days period for your returned item; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. IT MUST FOLLOW OUR REFUND POLICIES OUTLINED BELOW.

REFUNDS:
- If you have made an order with us and would like to return it for a refund, this is possible only during the 30-days period from receiving your order.
- If the refund request is accepted, we will refund you via cash payment at any of our stores located in Cairo or refund your credit card that you paid with.
- Refunds are not possible after 30 days from delivering your order.
- If you received a faulty product, please read below in regards to this specific case.

If you are eligible for returning your product for a refund, please follow the below steps:

- Give us your order number, and the reason for return (has to be within 30 days to be eligible for a refund).
- You then can visit any of our stores located here.
- We will inspect the item, and if the item is in its original package and original condition, we will accept your returned item.
- If you have paid your order in cash while receiving it, you will receive a cash-refund immediately while at our store. If you paid your order via a credit card, you will receive an email notification and a credit card refund on the same card you have paid your order with.
- You can also receive store credit and exchange the product value with any other product from our store.
Faulty or Damaged Products:
- If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, Cow will make every effort to replace the faulty product with a new one. Any refunds for such faulty products would be issued ONLY if Cow can't replace the original product that the customer ordered.
- Any payments made via your credit card, the refund will be issued to you as a refund on your card. If you have made your payment in cash, you are eligible for cash refund from any of our Cow stores located here with the condition of receiving the product at the store as well.
